Shayne House Studio offers a free UK 60 day return policy on unframed prints.
In the case of you changing your mind, then the return postage cost is your responsibility. In the rare case of a print turning up damaged from mishandling in the delivery journey, we replace that free-of-charge.
International customers will have to cover the cost of their return. As a guide, returns from the US typically cost around $25. Rest of the world returns typically cost between £25-£45.
Upon receiving your return, international customers will be reimbursed with £15 of store credit to use against your next order.
Framed prints are returnable within 60 days. You are responsible for the cost of the return and it is recommended that you use a tracked and signed shipping service. Please use all original packaging.
