Contracted as Marketing Lead, I built brands through content marketing across 1200 UK&I vet clinics. This involved planning and maintaining a national content calendar, optimising content for SEO, analysing performance metrics to drive improvements, and managing content distribution through multiple channels, including clinic websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

I was a member of the UK&I Marketing Leadership Team, and I led a team of four: two marketing managers and two executives. I have a coaching leadership style. I managed budgets, and KPIs and reported to the SLT. I also presented at live events, workshops, and webinars. I was also a member of the Client Excellence Working Group, a multidisciplinary group of stakeholders to enhance the customer experience, while aligning with commercial goals.

I collaborated with stakeholders at many levels, across the business, including M&A, marketing, design, product, procurement and operations teams. As a designated relationship owner, I supported partnerships with regulatory bodies, leading pharmaceutical companies, and SaaS suppliers.

I managed marcom-related business-critical projects within our target operating model. I designed protocols: GDPR Service Messages being the most recent, and I presented them to key business stakeholders at live events, workshops, and webinars. I was also a Wellbeing Champion and Mental Health First Aider for IVC Evidensia, and I wrote for the company’s monthly Wellbeing Journal for staff.
