As a Consultant to the Financial Advice Centre Group, I was responsible for creating and maintaining the group's content marketing and communications strategy, designing and building FAC Group's financial services website and acting as its digital editor. This included editorial strategy for financial news, SEO-optimised content creation, photography, graphic design and social media and community management.
Over more than a decade working with FAC Group, my content and marketing work significantly increased brand visibility and customer engagement, strengthening the business ahead of its successful acquisition by MWA Financial. I also conducted content marketing and social media training sessions on a regular basis across FAC Group's five offices in the South West, helping build internal capability alongside the content I produced directly.
